The AAA Four Diamond rated hotel offers 1,054 guestrooms, including 52 suites, seven dining experiences, a scenic rooftop pool, a luxury Breve Spa, and extensive meeting space, providing guests with memorable experiences. Food Runner Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon entering rooms, providing excellent customer service.
• Set up according to event type and service standards.
• Take orders, answer questions, and suggest menu items.
• Communicate dietary needs and special requests to the culinary team.
• Record transactions accurately in the MICROS system.
• Present checks and process payments.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout shifts.
• Assist with cleaning, setup, and closing duties.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of food and beverage service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with MICROS POS system is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Good upselling skills.
• Self-motivated, flexible, reliable, honest, and dependable.
• Excellent customer service attitude.
• Ability to obtain TIPS certification.
• Computer literacy, including POS systems.
• ServeSafe certification and unexpired TIPS certificate required.
