Job summary

Equinox Hotels + Resorts is seeking an Assistant In Room Dining Manager at our Hudson Yards, NY location. This full-time role supports the Food and Beverage Manager in delivering guest-focused in-room dining, supervising staff, coordinating orders, and maintaining brand standards.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, solid English communication, and familiarity with POS and PMS systems to manage inventory, budgeting, and timely service.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with the F&B Manager and In Room Dining team members.
• Schedules and manages staffing to meet business needs.
• Coordinates orders, allergies and specialty amenities.
• Supports event functions including menu planning and room setup.
• Manages vendor relationships and communications.
• Ensures sanitation standards and safety compliance.
• Oversees guest requests, issues and resolutions timely.
