Job summary

Auberge Collection’s Mauna Lani property in Hawaii is seeking a front office leader to set the tone for guest experience, oversee the guest journey from pre-arrival to check-out, and mentor the team to deliver exceptional service.

You will collaborate with the Director of Rooms and other leaders to maximize hotel operations, and train staff in personalized, timely communications to ensure consistency and high guest satisfaction at all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (speaking, reading, writing)
• Proficiency in Opera PMS and ALICE Suite or similar systems
• Valid US Driver's License with clean record
• Minimum 2 years leadership experience in Guest Service, Front of House, or related discipline
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

Job Description

The base annual salary range for this position is $90k.

This key role is instrumental in setting the tone for our guests and our team members to ensure the delivery of an exceptional guest experience.

• Valid US Driver's License with a clean record for the past two years


• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in Guest Service, Front of House, or related discipline


• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred


• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
