Job summary

Omni Oklahoma City Hotel is seeking a Restaurant In Room Server to deliver food to guest rooms and provide exceptional service. You will work in a 605-room convention center hotel, coordinating with culinary staff and room service team to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

The role requires knowledge of menus and beverages, a friendly and motivated attitude, and flexibility with shifts, including weekends and holidays. Training and a strong service culture are highlighted in this property.

Qualifications

• Must have full knowledge of menus, liquor, beer and cocktails.
• Minimum 1 year serving experience in a high-volume casual setting.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to lift moderate weight.
• Strong communication skills and enthusiasm.
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and on weekends/holidays.
• Must obtain Food Handler certification and ABLE license on hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and anticipate needs; respond to inquiries.
• Deliver food orders to guest rooms and provide service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.
• Prepare room service trays and coordinate with culinary staff for special requests.
• Deliver amenities to guest rooms and ensure compliance with standards.
• Follow daily checklists and uphold Omni service protocols.
