Firmdale Hotels NYC on Warren Street seeks an In Room Dining Server to provide top-tier service in a luxury hotel environment. You will read guests, propose appropriate add-ons, and coordinate closely with the Food & Beverage team to ensure a memorable dining experience.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Room Service or a Server in a hotel or fine dining restaurant.
• Knowledge of Micros POS System.
• Highly organized.
• Must be open to working AM/PM shifts, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Take personal responsibility for punctuality

Responsibilities

• Serving experience in an upscale market.
• Strong knowledge in food and beverage (wine and champagne knowledge is a plus).
• Manual handling.
• Able to work well under pressure during times of high-volume service.
• Exceptional upselling techniques.
• Ensures all allergy procedures are followed at all times
