Cheyenne Mountain Resort, Destination by Hyatt in Colorado Springs is seeking a Room Service Runner to deliver guest food and beverages with warmth and efficiency. You will present orders and engage guests to enhance their experience.

Responsibilities include in-room dining prep, removing serving trays, delivering amenities, and maintaining a sanitary environment. The role involves extensive walking indoors and outdoors during shifts.

Qualifications

• Serving experience preferred, but not required.
• Must have flexible availability.
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight and be on feet (indoors and outdoors) throughout most of shift.

Responsibilities

• Room Service Runners are responsible for presenting the guest food and beverage preferences to temperature in a timely manner.
• Servers engage in casual conversation and enhance the experience by their style and service attributes.
• Other duties include general in-room dining preparation, removal of serving trays, delivery of amenities and special requests, and maintaining a sanitary environment.
• This position involves a lot of walking, both indoors and outdoors, throughout shift.
