Hei Hotels Inc. is seeking a Room Attendant for an on-site role at The Stoneleigh in Dallas, TX. You will maintain guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a clean and safe experience for guests and staff.

The role requires lifting and moving bedding and supplies, ability to operate cleaning equipment, and teamwork to assist coworkers as needed. Training is provided, with a focus on hospitality excellence.

Qualifications

• Ability to scrub and scour surfaces and work in confined spaces.
• Willingness to pitch-in and help co-workers.
• Knowledge of chemical cleaning agents and operation of cleaning equipment.
• Ability to push and/or pull equipment up to 100 lbs.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Adapt communication style to suit different audiences.

Responsabilités

• Clean bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, and floor surfaces.
• Strip beds and change bed linens.
• Dust all furniture, pictures, drawers, window ledges, and shelves.
• Push and pull vacuum throughout the room and empty trash.
• Replenish amenities, linens, and supplies in guest room.
• Sign for room keys, retrieve, push to assigned rooms, and restock heavy cart.
• Visually inspect room for cleanliness and complete status.
