Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an in-person marketing representative to engage prospective and current owners at our resort locations. You will schedule guests to meet with a representative for a sales-preview tour and act as a positive brand ambassador for the company.

The role requires collaboration with resort staff, lead qualification, and adherence to company policies while supporting sales goals. Proficiency in MS Office and strong interpersonal skills are beneficial.

Qualifications

Sales and/or marketing experience preferred, not required.
Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space.

Responsibilities

Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Travel + Leisure.
Partner with the resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in.
Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales-preview tour.
Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines.
Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits.
Attend training sessions, keep current on marketing information and materials, and set performance goals.
