Job summary

rms Company, a Cretex Medical affiliate, seeks a Quality Inspector to support production by verifying product quality and conformance to specifications. You will inspect materials and assemblies, document results, and identify non-conforming items, while maintaining a clean, organized 5S work area.

The role requires handling precision measurement tools and cross-functional collaboration with sales, engineering, and quality teams on a tight schedule.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of inspection equipment use and maintenance.
• Ability to work from customer provided drawings and specifications.
• Communicate inspection results with team members.
• Shift priorities to support production inspection needs.
• MS Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher).
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Inspect received materials, components and assemblies for quality and performance.
• Interpret and document inspection and testing results.
• Report and isolate non-conforming product.
• Operate precision testing equipment including Tool Scope, CMM and Vision systems.
• Support ISO and medical device quality requirements.
• Maintain an organized 5S work area and participate in the Operational Excellence Program.
