Job summary

Cretex Medical is seeking a Quality Inspector for the 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 2:00–10:30 pm) to perform first piece, in-process and final inspections of precision medical components per control/quality plans. You will review release documentation and inspect received materials in alignment with GMP guidelines.

Candidates should have basic inspection equipment knowledge, read blueprints, and report results clearly.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of inspection equipment use and maintenance.
• Read and comprehend customer drawings and specifications.
• Communicate inspection results with team members.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience with measuring instruments including CMM and Vision Systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Inspect injection molded parts for quality, appearance and performance.
• Inspect assemblies for quality, appearance and performance.
• Inspect received materials for quality and performance.
• Audit final product documentation prior to release.
• Read and understand quality control plans, blueprints and specifications.
• Use metrology tools and equipment to check parts dimensionally.
• Maintain an organized work area and follow safety policies.
