Job summary

The GEO Group, a leader in evidence-based rehabilitation, is seeking a Program Manager, In-Prison to oversee substance abuse disorder services, prevention through aftercare, and clinical supervision for staff across state/region offices.

You will ensure contractual compliance, develop operational budgets, supervise staff, and maintain strong customer relations while contributing to program improvement and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Counseling, Psychology, Criminal Justice or related field (Master’s Degree preferred).
• Licensed as a Mental Health Counselor by the State of Florida (preferred).
• Five years of professional experience in substance abuse/mental health treatment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational service provision and documentation for offices within a state/region.
• Ensure staffing adheres to counselor-to-participant ratios and maintains program quality.
• Provide clinical supervision and oversight of staff in substance abuse services.
• Develop reports to customers and management and monitor budgets and contracts.
