Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Counseling, Psychology, Criminal Justice or related field is required.
• Master's Degree is preferred for advanced practice.
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of all substance abuse disorder services, prevention through aftercare and alumni services.
• Give clinical supervision to program staff and ensure contract compliance.
• Develop reports on program operations and monitor budgets and resources.
• Maintain positive customer relations and pursue new business opportunities.
• Coordinate supervisory duties and staff development in accordance with company policies.
