Job summary

GEO Reentry Services LLC seeks a Program Manager, In-Prison to oversee substance abuse disorder services, prevention through aftercare, and clinical supervision for staff. You will maintain client relations, monitor budgets, ensure compliance, and support business opportunities within a defined state or region.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a human services field, five years of relevant experience, and Florida counseling licensure preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Counseling, Psychology, Criminal Justice or related field.
• Master's Degree preferred in related field.
• Five (5) years of professional experience in substance abuse and/or mental health treatment.
• Licensed as a Mental Health Counselor by the State of Florida is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of all operational service provision and documentation functions for offices within a specific state or region.
• Ensure qualified staff are utilized to provide services to participants.
• Assist Lead Counselors with clinical supervision and oversight.
• Ensure programs meet contractual obligations.
• Develop timely reports on program operations for customers and management.
• Monitor systems to improve program effectiveness.
• Develop staffing plans aligned with budgets and goals.
• Manage supervisory responsibilities per company policies.
