Alpha School is hiring a Lead Youth Development Manager to coach Guides, build a high-performing team, and drive excellence across campuses in the United States. You will lead life skills workshops, motivate students, and use data and coaching conversations to boost performance while upholding Alpha's uncompromising standards.

The role focuses on scaling a new model for K-12 learning, launching new campuses, and maintaining rigorous outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• At least 5 years in youth development, coaching, or related leadership.

Responsibilities

• Coaching Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences and uphold high standards.
• Lead life-skills workshops developing communication and leadership in K-12 students.
• Motivate students to achieve ambitious learning goals and track progress with data.
• Use observation and conversations to improve Guide performance and outcomes.
• Help launch new Alpha campuses with a culture of excellence and accountability.
