Job summary

PRACTICE Education is seeking an Education Champion to provide tutoring in Reading, Writing, Math and more to students in grades 2–4. You'll work one-on-one and in small groups, collaborating with teachers to deliver engaging, personalized learning strategies.

The role runs on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm with a flexible 10–35 hour weekly schedule, allowing you to balance studies or other commitments while making a meaningful impact in urban schools.

Qualifications

• Degree-seeking student or graduate with a minimum 3.0 GPA in Education or a relevant field.
• Experience tutoring or teaching is a plus.
• Commitment to supporting underserved students.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and small group tutoring in Math, Reading, Writing, Social Studies, Science, and Regents exam prep.
• Collaborate with teachers and school leaders to deliver engaging, personalized learning strategies.
