Job summary

PracticeBenefitsCorp is seeking Education Champions to tutor ELA and Math for grades 3–5. The role runs Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 8:50 am to 1:54 pm, with a flexible schedule to balance studies or commitments.

You will join a mission-driven team, earn $25–$27 per hour for in-person programs, with a possible program completion bonus up to 10% of total earnings, and opportunities for professional growth and impact in urban education equity.

Qualifications

• Passion for helping underserved students succeed.
• Strong communication with students, teachers and families.
• Wlexibility to work 10–35 hours per week.
• Ability to work collaboratively with school staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and small group tutoring in Math and ELA for grades 3–5.
• Collaborate with teachers and school leaders to support personalized learning.
