practicebenefitscorp is seeking Education Champions to provide phonics, literacy and math support for grades 3–5 in a program running on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM, in person.

You will deliver one-on-one and small-group tutoring, working with teachers to tailor instruction and help students close the opportunity gap. The role offers a flexible 10–35 hour weekly schedule and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Phonics, literacy and math tutoring for grades 3–5.
• One-on-one and small-group instruction.
• Collaboration with teachers and school leaders.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and small group tutoring in core subjects like Math, Reading, Writing, Social Studies, Science, and Regents exam prep.
• Collaborate with teachers and school leaders to deliver engaging, personalized learning strategies.
