About the Job
You will be tutoring Math & ELA to 4th & 5th grade students, three (3) days a week, within small groups and one-on-one sessions. The role is flexible with 10–35 hours per week, tailored to fit your schedule.

Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one and small group tutoring in core subjects such as Math, Reading, Writing, Literacy and exam prep.
- Collaborate with teachers and school leaders to develop engaging, personalized learning strategies that help students thrive.
- Bridge language gaps to ensure every student has the support they need.
- Participate in monthly training sessions.
Qualities We Seek
- Passion for learning and a commitment to supporting academic and personal success, especially for underserved and bilingual students.
- Degree‑seeking student or graduate with a minimum 3.0 GPA in Education or a relevant field.
- Committed and flexible: available to work 10-35 hours per week at an assigned school.
