• Assist in creating and developing training curriculums.
• Develop training calendar and enter sessions into the LMS.
• Maintain LMS and generate reports.
• Provide LMS support to employees.
• Submit attendance records for certificates.
• Maintain CPR/First Aid and crisis management certifications.
• Participate in supervision and staff meetings.
• Adhere to Advocates Way and HR policies.
• Follow agency performance standards.
