Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to join our on-site team at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation and advice to in-person clients, helping them complete returns and understand options while delivering friendly local service. You’ll grow the local client base, collaborate with marketing resources, and build trusted relationships in the community.

Qualificações

• Active, unrestricted license with tax expertise preferred.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax retail location; 20+ hours/week.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns with professional software.
• Must reside in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax customers.
• Perform discovery sessions, maximize deductions, and plan tax strategies.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and build lasting client relationships.
• Collaborate with TurboTax marketing and grow local client base.
