Job summary

The Association of Test Preparation, Admissions, and Private Tutoring (TPAPT) is seeking affirming educators for tutoring assignments with students in grades 9-12. This position has regular demand, a flexible schedule, and an above average pay rate.

Entry level tutor position in Hingham, MA offers 3-12 hours per week with sessions between 2pm and 8pm on weekdays; sessions run 60-90 minutes, salary starting at $40+ per hour depending on education and availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Expertise in tutorial subjects and ability to teach a diverse range of students.
• Capable of quickly learning new technology and apps.
• Teaching, mentoring and tutoring experience are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person 1:1 tutoring sessions to students in grades 9-12 at our learning center in Hingham, MA.
• Tutoring sessions last 60-90 minutes.
• 3-12 hours per week of availability and the ability to work between 2pm-8pm during the week.
