Job summary

Onward Education is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to support a client in Boulder County, Colorado for the 2026/2027 school year. This is a full-time, on-site position with 37.5 hours per week.

The role requires Colorado licensure in progress or obtained, at least one year of classroom experience, and ability to collaborate with school teams to support student communication needs. Start: 04/01/2027; End: 05/21/2027 with potential to extend into NSY.

Qualifications

• Must hold or be pursuing a Colorado license.
• Copy of CDE license or COOL documentation required.
• Minimum of one year classroom experience.
• Ability to collaborate with school teams to support student communication.
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation of services and progress.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate students to identify speech, language, and other communication needs.
• Provide targeted therapy aligned to student support plans (IEP/504).
• Partner with educators to carry communication goals into classroom routines.
• Track student progress and maintain required service records.
• Recommend practical strategies to strengthen student communication and support inclusion.
