TactStaff EDU is seeking a dedicated and collaborative Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide leave of absence coverage for a high school‑based position in Boulder, Colorado during the 2026‑2027 school year. This is a fantastic opportunity for an SLP who enjoys working with adolescents and helping students develop the communication skills necessary for academic achievement, social success, and post‑secondary readiness.

  • Start Date: August 4, 2026
  • End Date: May 21, 2027
  • Schedule: 0.6 FTE (24 hours per week)
  • In‑Person Only – No virtual or hybrid options available
Responsibilities
  • Provide speech and language therapy services to high school students
  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and service logs
  • Consult with teachers, families, counselors, and school staff to support student success
  • Address communication needs including language, articulation, fluency, pragmatic language, executive functioning, and transition‑related skills
Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology
  • Active Colorado Department of Education (CDE) Special Services Provider License or currently in the process of obtaining licensure
  • Minimum of one year of classroom or school‑based experience required
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work onsite in a high school setting
