Onward Education is seeking a full-time, in-person Speech Language Pathologist (PK-8) to support a Boulder County, Colorado client for the 2026/2027 school year. The position runs from January 4, 2027 through May 21, 2027, with on-site staffing at 37.5 hours per week.

The role requires state licensure with the Colorado Department of Education (or in process), a minimum of one year of classroom experience, and the ability to collaborate with school teams while documenting student progress and

• Provide targeted therapy services aligned to student support plans (including IEP and 504-related needs).
• Partner with educators and school staff to carry communication goals into classroom routines and learning activities.
• Track student progress and maintain required service records and documentation.
• Support an inclusive school environment by recommending practical strategies that strengthen student communication.
