Onward Education is seeking an in-person Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support a school program in Cass County, Michigan for the 2026/2027 school year. Start Date: ASAP; End Date: 06/04/2027.

On-Site, 35 hours per week. You will assess students’ speech and language needs, develop and implement service plans aligned with educational goals, provide therapy across speech sound, language, fluency, and social communication domains, and collaborate with teachers, families and multidisciplinary

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active Michigan SLP license.
• Experience supporting school-age students (ages 3–14).
• Ability to collaborate with school teams and maintain required student documentation.

Mansioni

• Assess students’ speech, language, and communication needs using appropriate screening and evaluation methods.
• Develop and implement student service plans aligned to educational goals and support needs.
• Provide therapy supporting speech sound skills, language development, fluency, voice, and social communication.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support carryover of communication strategies.
• Track progress and maintain compliant records and documentation for services provided.
