Onward Education is seeking an in-person Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support a school program in Cass County, Michigan for the 2026/2027 school year. The position runs from March 15, 2027 to May 27, 2027, on-site with 35 hours per week.

The role requires a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology and an active Michigan SLP license, with experience serving school-age students and collaborating with school teams. Competitive pay and a strong support network are provided.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active Michigan SLP license.
• Experience supporting school-age students (ages 3–14).
• Ability to collaborate with school teams and maintain required student documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Assess students’ speech, language, and communication needs using appropriate screening and evaluation methods.
• Develop and implement student service plans aligned to educational goals and support needs.
• Provide therapy supporting speech sound skills, language development, fluency, voice, and social communication.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support carryover of communication strategies.
• Track progress and maintain compliant records and documentation for services provided.
