H&R Block is seeking a Seasonal Tax Associate in California to work in person at a local tax office. You will meet with clients, gather information, and prepare tax returns with training and support from experienced teammates.

No prior tax experience is required—training is provided to help you explain tax information clearly, identify savings opportunities, and build strong client relationships during peak tax season.

Formación

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course.
• Experience interacting with customers or clients in a service-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills, including explaining information clearly and asking questions to understand needs.
• Problem-solving skills, including organizing information and identifying solutions.
• Comfort using digital tools and systems including AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT.
• High school diploma / GED / equivalent.
