Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year in the Marana, AZ area. The role is itinerant across three high school sites, in-person and full-time, with a ~60-70 student caseload.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Active Arizona SLP license is required.
• Active Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card is required.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services in the school setting.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
