Ampersand Therapy LLC is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year in the Marana, AZ area. This in-person, full-time position is itinerant across three high school sites with a caseload of roughly 60-70 students.

The role focuses on developing IEP goals, providing therapy services in school settings, collaborating with teachers and families, and maintaining documentation. Competitive pay at $45/hour, W-2 employment with benefits, and reimbursement for licensure and CEUs

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology required.
• Active Arizona SLP license required.
• Fingerprint clearance card and background check required.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services in the school setting.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
