Job summary

HelloHero is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for an in-person role in Mansfield, Ohio, serving K–12 students in a school setting.

The position offers flexible employment options as a 1099 independent contractor or W2, with a typical school-day schedule and 1 day per week availability.

You’ll collaborate with school teams, complete documentation, participate in IEP meetings, and access dedicated support and onboarding through HelloHero.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio license required.
• CCC-SLP preferred.
• Active Ohio BCI background check.
• Experience with IEPs and school-based collaboration (1 year minimum).
• Comfortable using online platforms and documentation systems.
• Reliable internet and appropriate tech for virtual service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech-language services aligned with IEPs.
• Conduct assessments and implement interventions.
• Develop goals and track student progress.
• Complete documentation and progress reports.
• Participate in IEP meetings and team collaboration.
• Communicate with school staff, families, and stakeholders.
