Job summary

HelloHero is seeking a Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist to support K–12 students remotely. This school-based role offers flexible hours (15-25 hrs/week), with 1099 or W2 employment options, and a pay range of $57-$63 per hour.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio license required.
• CCC-SLP preferred.
• DOE licensure required.
• Experience with IEPs and school-based collaboration (1 year minimum preferred).
• Comfortable using technology for virtual service delivery and documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech-language services aligned with IEPs.
• Conduct assessments and implement interventions.
• Develop goals and track student progress.
• Complete documentation and progress reports.
• Participate in IEP meetings and team collaboration.
• Communicate with school staff, families, and stakeholders.
