Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a school-based contract near Cambridge, MN. This in-person assignment begins at the start of February and runs through June 14, offering a stable, well-defined schedule and the opportunity to impact students’ communication development.

You will provide therapy aligned to IEP goals, conduct assessments, and collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Hold or eligible for SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence).
• Active state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology required.
• School-based SLP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct therapy services to students according to IEP goals and district requirements.
• Perform comprehensive speech and language assessments and interpret findings.
• Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and parents to support student progress.
• Develop, implement, and document individualized treatment plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation and adhere to all state and district protocols.
