Job summary

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is hiring a School Psychologist for an in-person maternity leave coverage at Northwest Cincinnati. The role runs late January 2027 through May 28, 2027, with placements at Bridgetown and Rapid Run Middle Schools.

Schedule is five days a week, 7:15 a.m.–2:45 p.m., in-school setting. compensation includes health/dental/vision insurance, retirement matching, and unlimited CEUs.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Psychology is required.
• Endorsement as School Psychologist per state bylaws is required or eligible.
• Experience or specialized training in pediatric mental health is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and maintain ethical and accountability standards.
• Demonstrates interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate activities with professional staff, parents, and external agencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling services to students and their parents.
• Participate in multi-tiered support for students with social/emotional/behavioral needs.
• Assist in initial and annual IEP development as appropriate.
• Collaborate with families and staff to support social and emotional development.
• Adhere to record-keeping, eligibility documentation, timelines, and safeguards.
• Develop and maintain a schedule to ensure required meetings and services.
