Lindamood-Bell is hiring Educational Clinicians / Tutors for on-site work at the Walnut Creek Learning Center. The role involves one-to-one and small-group instruction, delivery of structured lessons, and maintaining student records, with training provided and no remote work.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher or enrollment in a degree program.
• Strong reading, spelling and comprehension skills.
• Passion for helping students succeed academically.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one and small-group instruction to in-person and online students.
• Record notes on student performance and deliver structured lessons under leadership.
• Implement positive reinforcement strategies to maximize learning.
• Facilitate the Lindamood-Bell curriculum for Academy students.
• Communicate professionally with clients and staff to ensure a safe, positive learning environment.
• Manage client records, handwritten and electronic.
