Job summary

Epic Minds Therapy in Mooresville, NC is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to work directly with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, implementing ABA-based interventions under BCBA supervision to support growth.

You will collect data, participate in assessments, maintain HIPAA-compliant records, and collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to promote communication, social, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with children or individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Knowledge of ABA therapy techniques.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and HIPAA-compliant documentation.
• Strong patient care principles.
• Ability to conduct assessments effectively.
• Excellent communication with clients and families.
• Commitment to confidentiality and HIPAA standards.
• Background in special education is a plus.

Responsibilities
