Job summary

Epic Minds Therapy in Garner, NC seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to work directly with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, implementing ABA-based strategies and collecting progress data.

Under the supervision of a BCBA, you will provide direct in-person support, assist with assessments and intake, maintain HIPAA-compliant records, and collaborate with families, educators and professionals to support holistic care.

Qualifications

• Experience with children or individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Knowledge of ABA and behavioral therapy techniques.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and records management.
• Strong patient care principles and confidentiality.
• Ability to conduct assessments and gather documentation.
• Excellent communication with clients, families, and team.
• HIPAA compliant and privacy-minded.
• Background in special education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Provide direct support in various settings.
• Collect and record client data and progress.
