College of Southern Nevada seeks an experienced faculty member in Criminal Justice to teach in-person at main campuses and satellites. You will develop syllabi, deliver courses, assess outcomes, and support program stewardship through committee involvement and curriculum development.

The role emphasizes formative/summative assessments, student advisement, and recruitment activities, with opportunities for professional growth and collaboration within CSN’s diverse community.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Criminal Justice, Criminology, or Administration of Justice from an accredited college/university.
• Five (5) years of full-time practitioner experience in the criminal justice profession.
• Criminal justice practitioner experience (not teaching experience) within the last ten (10) years.

• Teach in person on multiple days at main campuses or satellite centers.
• Develop course syllabi and materials.
• Evaluate mastery of student and program learning outcomes.
• Participate in assessment development and instruments.
• Maintain office hours for student advisement and recruitment activities.
