Job summary

Del Norte Credit Union is seeking a Virtual Experience Consultant to deliver personalized service to members via phone and digital channels, guiding them through deposit and lending solutions with strong credit analysis. The role requires interviewing applicants, evaluating financial information, and ensuring a confidential and compliant experience.

Position is in-person at the Cerrillos Branch, Santa Fe, NM with no remote option.

Qualifications

  • One to three years of similar or related experience, including Consumer Lending.
  • A high school education or GED.

Responsibilities

  • Assist members with financial services through a consultative approach to determine the most value-added products and/or services to meet individual member needs.
  • Demonstrate a working knowledge of the core system, including loan and deposit platforms.
  • Proactively assist members with deposit and consumer lending needs through online and telephone channels with prudent credit analysis and knowledge of consumer lending practices.
  • Resolve problems within interviewer’s authority or refer to the next level.
  • Ensure all needed member documents are collected for loan processing per policy.
