COMHAR invites you to join as an MDE Evaluator to conduct comprehensive multidisciplinary evaluations for infants and toddlers, guiding eligibility for Early Intervention and informing individualized plans. The role includes in-person assessments in Northeast and South Philadelphia with families and teams.

The position requires Early Intervention qualifications, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and experience with preschool children with disabilities; a valid driver’s license is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Intervention or related field and 1 year of experience with preschool children with disabilities or equivalent practicum/experience.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct multidisciplinary evaluation of infants and toddlers using IDA and DAYC-2.
• Collaborate with IFSP development and share findings with the team.
