Job summary

Swift Events in Cleveland is hiring a Brand Ambassador to be the face of our client brands at retail activations and events. You’ll engage shoppers, explain products, and generate excitement in person.

No experience is required as we provide full training from day one. This role is in-person at our Cleveland location, with multiple days per week and opportunities to grow into marketing or leadership roles within the team.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, confident, and comfortable being the center of attention.
• Strong communicator who can build rapport with strangers quickly.
• No experience required; full training provided from day one.
• Reliable, coachable, and eager to grow.
• Available a minimum of 4 days per week.
• Able to work in person at our Cleveland location.

Responsibilities

• Represent Swift Events and client brands at retail activations, promotional events, and community outreach.
• Engage the public directly, sparking conversations and generating interest in the products and services we represent.
• Set up and break down event and promo materials as needed.
• Learn and communicate current product offerings, pricing, and promotions clearly and accurately.
• Track engagement and share feedback with the team on what’s resonating.
• Represent the Swift Events brand with energy and professionalism.
