Job summary

Everett Public Schools is seeking staff to continue the Home Visit Program this fall. This stipend position involves in-person home visits, scheduling with translation as needed, and post-visit reflections. Each visit lasts about 40 minutes with an additional 10 minutes for scheduling and reflection, plus three hours of planning time.

The role requires current teaching status, strong communication, teamwork, and prior spring 2026 home visit training. Up to 18 positions are available.

Qualifications

• Current teacher with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Participation in spring 2026 home visit training and some visits completed.
• Ability to coordinate with families and translate as needed.

Responsibilities

• Attend home visits with a partner (in person).
• Schedule visits with translation when needed and conduct each visit (40 minutes).
• Write a debrief/reflection with partner after each visit (via Google Form).
• Complete 8–10 home visits, including a second visit for targeted students before Sept 30.
