Job summary

Senior Care Therapy Cambridge, Maryland seeks Licensed Professional Counselors to provide in-person psychotherapy to the geriatric population in skilled nursing facilities across NJ, NY, PA, and MD. We offer full-time or part-time opportunities with flexible daytime hours and administrative support.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPC license in your state.
• Strong English communication, both spoken and written.
• Experience delivering in-person psychotherapy in geriatric settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions in SNF or subacute facilities.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans.
• Collaborate with facility staff and families to support patient care.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation per regulatory standards in the EHR.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
