Job summary

Bright Horizons Family Solutions, LLC. in Indianapolis, IN is seeking an Assistant Teacher to support classrooms for infants to preschoolers. You will help with hands-on activities, assist with curriculum delivery, and ensure a safe, nurturing environment.

This in-person role requires age 18+, a high school diploma or GED, and state employment checks. Prior child-care experience is preferred; degrees in early education are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must pass state and company background checks.
• 18+ years old with HS diploma or GED.
• 1 year of child care experience preferred; CDA/Assoc/Bach in early ed preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hands-on activities to meet children's needs and interests.
• Maintain open communication with parents about daily milestones.
• Ensure a safe, clean classroom by following procedures and guidelines.
