PayMore Stores in Melbourne, FL is seeking a full-time eCommerce Specialist to manage listings, test devices, and handle customer service across eBay and Shopify platforms. You will research pricing, craft product descriptions, and respond to inquiries quickly and professionally.

The role requires 5+ years of eBay selling experience, 2+ years on Shopify, strong consumer electronics knowledge, fast typing, and a team-oriented, detail-minded attitude.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience selling on the eBay.com platform (creating listings, shipping, customer service, referencing pricing, and more)
• 2+ years of Shopify experience (creating products, navigating Shopify).
• Have extensive consumer electronic experience, knowledge and love (gaming, smartphones, tablets, laptops).
• Ability to identify, test, and data clear devices such as smartphones, tablets, laptops, gaming systems and more.
• Must Be able to type quickly and accurately.
• Typing/general aptitude test may be required
• Have a strong worth ethic, with a team player and “get it done” attitude.
• Attention to detail, takes pride in their work.
• Have a professional demeanor, be punctual.

Responsibilities

• Testing, wiping and cleaning electronic devices for sale (smartphones, tablets, laptops, game systems, video games, miscellaneous devices).
• Searching online listings for device selling points, pricing, and trends.
• Searching for product information.
• Generating eCommerce listings: item titles, descriptions, categories, price setting, based off previous research.
• Promptly and professionally answering customer service via eCommerce emails, messaging.
• Maintaining eCommerce accounts to the highest top-rated standards.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
