Job summary

Prosper Community Care Services provides 24-hour Supportive Living services to individuals with IDD under the Arkansas DDS CES Waiver program. We seek dependable Direct Support Professionals to provide direct care and skill-building in a group residential setting.

DSPS support daily routines, independence, and community integration, assisting with daily living tasks and medications per DDS policies. Training and a flexible schedule available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum age of 18.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Become familiar with each individual's medical needs, diagnoses, medications, strengths, and support needs.
• Implement goals and objectives outlined in the Individualized Person-Centered Service Plan (PCSP).
• Support daily routines and structured schedules.
• Assist individuals with independent living skills including budgeting, shopping, meal preparation, hygiene, laundry, and housekeeping.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized home environment.
• Accompany individuals into the community for age-appropriate activities.
• Support positive behavior strategies and follow approved Behavior Support Plans.
