Job summary

Unicity USA Inc. in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico is recruiting for a full-time Customer Service Representative to support product information and issue resolution.

You will handle account creation, updates, and data analysis to understand customer needs and suggest solutions. The role requires Spanish, with English/Spanish bilingualism preferred and an in-person schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in customer service or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of the local market.

Responsibilities

• Provide product and service information to customers and resolve issues.
• Answer questions and suggest information about other products and services.
• Open customer accounts by recording account information.
• Maintain customer records by updating account information.
• Clarify complaints, determine causes, and implement best solutions.
• Process customer adjustments to maintain financial accounts.
• Gather customer information to recommend products or services to management.
• Prepare product or service reports from customer data.
• Contribute to team efforts by delivering related results as needed.
