Atlas in North Charleston, SC, is seeking a Customer Account Representative for a full-time, in-person position. You will meet with vehicle owners, discuss windshield repair options, and help guide insurance claims.

Role involves generating new accounts through outreach at retail locations and events, building lasting customer relationships, and coordinating with installation teams to ensure a positive experience from start to finish. Paid training and advancement opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable speaking with customers in person throughout the day.
• Sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel in the North Charleston area.

Responsibilities

• Connect with vehicle owners to discuss windshield repair and replacement services.
• Explain service options and assist customers with beginning the insurance claim process.
