Job summary

Arizona Department of Economic Security seeks a Customer Service Representative 3 for the Coolidge Field Office to assist Arizonans with NA, TANF, MA and other programs. This on-site position requires accuracy, empathy, and the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, data entry, guiding customers to self-service options, issuing EBT cards and supporting eligibility processing under supervision. Salary is $17.35/hour with full state benefits.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in a fast-paced face-to-face setting and enter information into computer systems
• Determine steps to resolve inquiries following standard work
• Provide guidance on self-service options to customers
• Interact professionally with customers, including challenging interactions
• Provide case status updates to customers
• Assist customers in uploading documents to their online accounts
• Process changes and information from customers
• Support eligibility-related tasks and research policies to resolve issues
