• Maintain accurate financial records by recording day-to-day transactions.
• Process accounts payable and receivable; data entry, invoice prep, and payment reconciliation.
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts regularly.
• Assist with payroll processing and related journal entries.
• Maintain the general ledger and chart of accounts.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and cash accounts.
• Support month-end and year-end close procedures.
