About the Role:

• Develop and implement comprehensive ABA treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs and goals, in collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams.

• Provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder, promoting communication, social, and behavioral skills.

• Conduct autism evaluations to assess cognitive, social, and adaptive functioning, and provide diagnostic recommendations.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of therapy sessions, progress, and treatment outcomes, ensuring compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices, research, and industry advancements.

Requirements:

• BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

• VA licensure as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.

• Minimum 2+ years of experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder, preferably in a clinical or therapeutic setting.

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
